Hybernation of bees in the winter

I just learned something new about bees and their winter behavior. I knew they were lying low and only fly when absolutely necessary or when it is promising to get some nectar of pollen. But they actually seem to hibernate ==> lower their colony temperature to conserve energy. This is a nice video that explains what NOT to do as a beekeeper n the winter. “Knock Knock” . Thanks Jason for posting this video.
