I am removing simple swarms from trees, scrubs as well as any structure. Bee extraction from tree trunks without damaging the tree and without killing any bees.
Sorry for the late reply Zia. There is no really easy way to test honey for purity. I recommend people to go and speak to the people they buy the honey from, see if the sales people know about bees and where they have hives, when they harvest and so forth. If yo learn about a way, please let me know.
Sorry Zia for the super late reply. People usually don’t comment on my little blog. There are no really easy ways to test this as a last person. If it granulates over time and in child conditions that is a very good indicator. Best thing is to check with the person you but it from to see if they know about bees and where the honey comes from, where it is harvested……. If they don’t know that you might be better off going somewhere else for real honey. Good luck
I am not sure I can squeeze one in next Saturday as I am leaving on vacation soon and have lots to prepare still.
I think it will have to be end of April timeframe. Thanks for your interest. These are always fun.
Hi there
I have collected some wax over the years, not much as it is not my primary goal. If you want some, just stop by and I can sell yo a little.
How much will you need?
Stefan
Hi,
Do you sell your products on any farmer’s market? And also do you sell beeswax (I would need some for a couple DIY projects) and for how much?
Thanks a lot,
Caroline
Hi there Caroline
I end up with very very little Bees wax. I don’t usually sell it as it is not as clean as you probably want it and I don’t have much at all.
I don’t sell at Farmers Markets, only from my house and one more shop in SanJose Japan town.
Are you interested in Honey? I still have that.
Have a great day.
Stefan
Hi there. Thanks for finding me. No, I do not offer any volunteer positions as I am out of the country for the complete year of 2019 Thank you for your interest and have a great day.

Hello Stephan
How are you?
Do you see bee packages? We’re just starting out after a couple beekeeping classes. We have our hive ready and setup, just looking to purchase a swarm.
Do you sell packages? Or could you recommend where to get one?
What is the best way to determine if the honey is 100% pure? Are there any litmus tests that helps prove it?

Hi there! I was wondering if you sell beeswax. I have a cosmetics project in mind and would love to use pure, local beeswax.
